Karel Martens - Counterprint is the first publication devoted to Martens's prints. Printed in a limited edition of 2,000. "The letterpress printed work by Karel Martens was made in the 1990s; it is reproduced here same-size. The screen images come from a film by KM about the pin-board wall of his studio. Of the four pages of computer prints the middle spread is derived from the work for the Amstelveen Theatre. The colour computer print, based on the black and white photograph of KM's pin-board wall, was made in 2004 especially for this book."
Condition: Very Good. All titles are used and show shelf ware consistent with age. Light rubbing to cover.
