(Publishers overview) 'Presented here are the results of the annual competition to discover the most beautiful Swiss books, but published as nineteen separate issues. Designer Teo Schifferli transformed the nineteen winning books into vessels for the catalogue, with a graphic concept exploring the relationship between original and reproduction. Each randomly distributed volume reproduces the entire content of one of the awarded books, but then standardised in print, format, and paper, and contains a second section which reports on the competition and winners. The result is a book that is also a facsimile – a model of the original.'
