(Foreword) 'It is with pleasure that we issue this new compilation of our range of type faces, and hope that it will assist our many customers to select more easily the sizes and faces most suitable to their requirements.

To assist the layout man, we have included an alphabet of each size of type, giving capitals, lowercase and figures, and in certain sizes and type faces, the solid settings should prove particularly helpful.

Our type is used only for supplying proofs, never for moulding, thus ensuring first class proofs to the high standard required for reproduction. Except for the Exotic type faces which are placed at the end of the book, this compilation is arranged alphabetically and the index also gives the point sizes available for each type face.

Finally, the loose leaf arrangement of this book will make easy the insertion of additional pages of new type faces, which it is our intention to supply in due course.'

Condition: Very Good. All titles are used and show shelf ware consistent with age. Light rubbing to binder cover. Light tanning to interior pages, occasional pen inscriptions.
